The platform is ultimately intended to establish a legal recognition and solution for the issues which are unattended by the authorities until this point of time.
The benefits of the trust are open to all individuals, irrespective of Caste, religion, Race, Gender or Color, especially for expatriates (pravasis) and that the Trust will not carry on any activities with an intention to earn profit.
The Board of Trustees shall have the power to constitute a Body of Association of persons from general public to advise the trustees in their smooth functioning of the Trust and to achieve its objectives. In continuation of the ward, panchayath, assembly constituency, District, state and national level committees shall be constituted by the board of trustees. For the above said committees the minimum and maximum number of committee members shall be decided by the board of trustees in proportion to the expansion of the trust. The amount of contribution is to be fixed and revised by the board and the admission of a member is the sole discretion of the Board, in a board meeting.
Definition of Pravasi : An individual Indian male or female adult citizen of India, who has gone abroad for education, employment, permanent residency as well as those who comeback to India after a minimum twenty four months i.e. 2 years continuous stay abroad. This does not include a person who go abroad on visit purpose for a short period of time.
Territory of activities of the Trust shall be all states of India where NRIs live.
To engage qualified professionals, para professionals and other personnel as needed to develop awareness and / or run the activities and facilities.

The activities of the Trust shall be only within India and its Union territories and shall not be extended anywhere outside India.
Trust does not authorize any person or agency to act on behalf of the Trust anywhere in the world.
